1. Subject to you fulfilling the eligibility requirements listed at paragraph 2 below, this offer entitles you to a 15% discount on pay later daily rental rates made at the time of booking for the duration of your vehicle rental reservation (Rental Period).
2. In order to be eligible for this offer you must:
a. Provide Promoter with the name of your insurer and your valid policy number when prompted; and
b. Not have made a reservation using this promotion in the last 12 months using the same policy number.
Should you not provide valid credentials or have been found to have used the promotion in the last 12 months, Promoter is within their rights to void your discount.
3. This offer is available at participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations in United Kingdom. Contact your rental branch to check if the location is participating in this offer before making your booking. Offer excludes airport locations.
4. This offer is valid for all reservations made on or after 01/08/2020 and Rental Periods completed before 31/01/2021. In addition, you must use your code within 90 days of the date of your insurance claim.
5. This offer applies to all car classes and van classes V1, V2 and V3.

If you are resident in the European Union you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in either the English courts or the courts of the European Union member state in which you are resident.
12. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
